1. What Also is
Also is a tool operated by DEE HUTCHINSON LLC that generates personalised side-business ideas, scores, and launch plans using AI, based on the answers you provide. By using heyalso.com, you agree to these terms.
2. What Also is not
Also provides ideas and educational content. It is not financial, legal, tax, employment, or investment advice, and no output creates a professional-client relationship. In particular: revenue estimates are honest, conservative guesses — not predictions or promises. Whether an idea conflicts with your employment contract is something only you (and if needed, a lawyer) can determine; our prompts to check your contract are reminders, not legal review. Before acting on any idea, use your own judgement and seek professional advice where your situation warrants it.
3. AI-generated content
Your ideas and plans are generated by an AI model from your answers. We've designed the system to be specific, honest, and respectful of your constraints, but AI output can contain errors, omissions, or suggestions that don't suit your circumstances. Read critically. You are responsible for how you use what Also generates.
4. Your results link
Results live at a private link. We email it to you and display it once — keep it safe, because without an account system there is no "forgot my link" recovery beyond that email. Anyone you share the link with can see (and if unlocked, use) your results.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Because premium is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, you agree that delivery begins at once and — where applicable law allows — that this constitutes waiver of any statutory withdrawal period. That said, we stand behind the product in plainer terms: if you unlock premium and genuinely feel the ideas failed you, email hey@heyalso.com within 14 days of purchase and tell us why. We'd rather refund a disappointed customer than keep €29 and lose the argument. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear misuse. This applies equally to the €29 premium unlock and to individual €15 plan purchases.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass the paywall, probe or disrupt the service, scrape or bulk-extract content, submit content that is unlawful or that includes other people's personal data, or use the service to generate ideas for illegal activity. We may block access for misuse.
8. Your input, our output
You retain whatever rights you have in the information you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to process it and generate your results. The ideas and plans generated for you are yours to use in your life and business — go build one. The Also name, site, design, prompts, and scoring system remain ours; please don't copy the service itself.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Also running smoothly but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change, or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice so you can save your results.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Also and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business outcomes arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (€29, or nothing on the free tier). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, and disputes are subject to the courts there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
